To make my Piripiri coleslaw I cut a red cabbage in half and then remove the core and slice

into wedges around 1 inch thick. This is a small cabbage so I'm using a half but if it

was large I'd use just a quarter. Insert your slicing attachment into your food processor

with the blade this way up. Then put the lid on and take the feeding tube cover off. Feed

through each wedge of cabbage one by one while the food processor is on. There are other

ways to finely slice cabbage, you could use a mandolin or a large Y vegetable peeler

Then grate 2 small or 1 large carrots and add it to a large mixing bowl along with the

cabbage. Add the mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic granules
