Fluffy Lemon Skyr Pancakes

0:00
To make my fluffy lemon skia yogurt pancakes we're going to start with the
0:04
skia yogurt in a mixing bowl and add in your milk followed by your eggs and then
0:10
just whisk until well combined. Then we're going to add your plain flour
0:15
caster sugar, baking powder and bicarb of soda. Then just whisk it up until you've
0:21
got a lovely smooth thick batter. Then add your lemon zest and fold it through
0:27
with a large metal spoon until well combined. Now we're ready to cook. First
0:34
we're going to start by heating the pan for one to two minutes on a high heat
0:38
Then you're going to turn it down to medium low and add your batter. You can
0:44
grease the pan a little with butter or oil first too and then you're
0:49
going to cook the first side until several bubbles form or between 45
0:55
seconds and 1 minute 15 seconds and then you're going to flip it over and
1:00
cook for about the same amount of time until deep golden brown
