To make my sticky pork stir fry we're going to start by making the sauce
0:09
First into a bowl you're going to add your ketchup followed by your soy sauce and your honey
0:16
or egg of if you are eating with a baby or you just prefer it then your sweet chili sauce
0:23
and then just stir until it is all mixed together well. Then set your sauce aside and you're going to add all your pork into a resellable food bag followed by the corn flour and your salt and pepper
0:40
Then you're going to fold the bag over, get all the air out and zip it up
0:44
Then all you're going to do is work the bag round, flipping it over and jiggling it a bit to fully coat all the pork strips in the cornflower
1:00
Heat your oil in your pan until hot and shimmery about one and a half two minutes and then drop in your pork and fry stirring regularly for about five minutes until all the pork pieces are light golden all the way round
1:21
Then you want to remove the pork strips using a slotted spoon to try and keep some of the fat in the pan for the vegetables
1:28
Add in your onions and your carrots and stir fry for four minutes
1:39
Then you're going to add your pork back in and your sauce and your cashews as well if you're adding
1:45
if you're eating with babies, toddlers, very young children you might want to leave them out and just add them onto your serving at the end
1:53
Then you're going to stir until everything is fully coated, then leave you
1:57
then leave to bubble for one minute then stir everything back through that thickened sauce and you're ready to serve
