To make my 20 minutes sweet and semi-chrispy salmon, we're going to start by making the sauce

Add two tablespoons of ketchup, one and a half tablespoons of soy, one tablespoon mild sweet chili sauce and two tablespoons of runny honey

Mix well. Coat your salmon fillets all over, including the sides. Sprinkle your panco breadcrumbs all over the top of the fillets

Spray lightly with oil. Transfer to the oven and bake at 200 degrees Celsius, 390 Fahrenheit or gas 6 for 12. minutes
