To make my baked buttermilk chicken tenders I start by slicing the chicken breast into
0:08
about half inch strips. Then add them to a bowl along with the buttermilk and mix until
0:14
all the chicken pieces are coated. Next into a large shallow dish I add the flour, panko
0:24
crumbs, garlic granules, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, dried thyme and salt and pepper

In the recipe I recommend different amounts of cayenne pepper if you have a baby or toddler

eating with you. Then just mix it all together. Next I start adding in the chicken pieces
0:44
about 5 at a time and cover them in the crumb mix. Then lay them straight onto lined baking
0:50
trays. Repeat until all chicken strips are coated. Then spray the tops with about 2-3
1:08
sprays of cooking oil. The more you do the more golden they will go. Then turn them over
1:15
and repeat. Then transfer to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked

through. If you've got an air fryer I've included instructions in my recipe notes
