Banana Overnight Oats 3 Ways

To make any of my overnight banana oats, you're going to start with your base of oats and your mashed bananas

To make my apple banana overnight oats, you're going to add in your grated apple, Greek yogurt, and then milk of your choice

I've used semi-skim tier. Then you're going to add in your honey, cinnamon, a few drops of vanilla essence, and then you're just going to mix it all together

really well and cover and refrigerate till the next morning. And then you can serve as is or

you can add on some toppers. I like fresh raspberries and sliced banana and some chia seeds. You can

actually mix chia seeds in the day before when you make it. But my kids don't tend to like

cheese seeds so I just add them on to my serving after. To make my pineapple and coconut banana

overnight oats, I'm going to add in my coconut Greek yogurt, desiccated coconut, honey

pineapple juice and then we're just going to give it all a really good stir again until it's well

combined cover and refrigerate again you can leave as is or you can add some toppers

again I like to use sliced banana and pineapple and a sprinkling of desiccated coconut

to make my peanut butter banana overnight oats we're going to add in peanut butter

honey, cinnamon and milk of your choice. For this one I don't like to use yogurt because I find

it gives it a bit of a sour note and I prefer my banana peanut butter oats without the

sour note so milk is just going to make it more neutral and sweeter. Then again just mix

until really well combined and cover and refrigerate. To add toppers to this one I would

recommend fresh sliced banana and cacao nibs or chocolate chips
